Yoga Life Coaching is a client lead experience that endeavors to assist a client in discovering what elements in their life need more balance and harmony. I use somatic experiencing and mindfulness exercises to get to the root of what is causing imbalance in a persons life. Yoga Life Coaching works on the premise that we all carry the answers to our lives inside of us and that we inherently have a sense of knowing within.
Discovering the path to contentment and connection involves drawing from a rich blend of techniques, including Yoga, ancient philosophies, Ayurveda, meditation, affirmations, modern psychology, somatic embodiment, and relaxation practices. These methods come together to create a simple self-care routine individually tailored to enhance and balance a client’s life.

Yoga and Ayurveda were developed over 1000s of years to do just that. As a Yoga Life Coach, I assist clients in discovering what works uniquely for them, creating a self-compassionate routine. Clients can then adapt their practice daily to navigate life’s ups and downs.
